Aplos Riverside

Moladion’s powerful, winding river...
Aplos River is a broad, slow-moving river originating from somewhere beneath the mountains of Spirane and feeding Iromar’s moors in the south. The northern parts of the river are known for their strong currents, with the water becoming slow moving in the south. The riverbanks vary along its course, ranging from soft hummock grasses to small groups of pine, and sometimes nothing but pebbles and sand. Crossing can be difficult at times, but it can be swam or bridged by fallen trees or boulders alike.

But in all chaos there is calculation.
Dropping glasses just to hear them break.
The winter had been one full of nights stolen away, my grace tainted darker and darker black under my demon Enderly's touch. He was mine, I had laid my claim upon him and not even fate would dare challenge this. We danced around each others vanity, pushing buttons but never the wrong ones for too long; to tempt the beast that lay within him would be foolish of me, and for him to toy with the fury of a goddess would be even more foolish of him. Enderly was my constant shadow, our bodies always coiled around each other like serpants, ready to strike and inflict our venom through out Moladion. And even when we diverged for some time away from each other, all that was needed was a simple howl and we could be together once more, to cause chaos where ever we went.

Recently, our duo has become a trio, with the addition of Enderly's daughter Sanguine. She was a sweet thing, but alas her mind had been broken by a ruthless attack from a wolf who thought herself scary. It had hurt Enderly, caused him pain to something he loved, and that would not stand with me. I had the bitch's scent, and should she ever have the misfortune of running into me, she'd discover just why the heavens have been so silent, the wrath of a goddess. Yet she was not the only who played dangerously close to my limit; Enderly's past tormentor had returned: Namaah. She was scum that I would not hesitate to scrape from my paw if she thought about trying to seduce my demon. A succubus was no match for a goddess.

I moved through the land like a phantom, alone for the day. Enderly remained with Sanguine in our make shift den that had become semi permanent with her injuries and new damaged mind. It was pitiful, she needed to grow up and get over it, and I refused to baby her. My piercing blue gaze scanned all over the riverside that I found myself at at the nearing close of the day, looking for a worthy playmate before I returned back to the den to my dearest. It is then that I spot him, a male clad in black relaxing by the river, alone and the perfect target. A wide grin etches across my lips as my course turns to him and I slide like a serpent up to him.

"You appear to have had quite the day," I hum, my voice like the finest slik, sliding up beside him and sitting my self down, tail wrapping around me. "What brings someone like you out here, couldn't decide on a home?" I say, a small smirk on my lips as I make mention of the packs lingering on his fur, each and every single one of them. In truth I had no idea if this is what he had done, but my guess was spot on and I had the confidence to back my guess up.
