I did have something good to tell her, at least, I thought it was pretty good and considering I nearly got myself killed for it I find it a rather useful achievement. Maybe killed wasn’t exactly the right word, they grey one hadn’t been able to catch me, or really tried, but she had tried to snap at me a few times and that is significantly more danger then I have been in before. I straightened up all the more at her approach and subsequent interest, tail flicking lightly behind me as I waited for her to speak and ask after the things I have discovered. If she wanted to know it all then I was pleased to tell her, at least, after she answered my question as to why she wanted this Tobias in the first place.

I felt my features frown a little at her words, golden eyes narrowed ever so slightly. I suppose I hadn’t thought of it that way. I considered all the reasons why he would be….a negative for the pack, I suppose hadn’t considered why having him here, in view, might also be of assistance. It was clever I suppose, for Mistress Jaidah to think of such a thing, eyes widened slightly in surprise at this realisation of her intelligence before I simply nodded. I had nothing to add to such a desire, at least for now. I was still slightly concerned I suppose, that this Tobias fellow would eat everyone- but I was equally determined to bring him here if that is what Jaidah wants. I do not know how well she will take my questioning but I am curious I suppose, I just want to know and I see no reason as to why she would not desire to share such things with me as my lanky, ungainly, scruffy frame shifts slightly once more, brown and golden fur aglow in the light as I did.

“If you bring him here- how will you control him?”

Maybe she had a plan, maybe she would work it out when she succeeded in her task- our task really, because I was determined to help, determined to bring her here. I had spoken to the grey one, I had observed Tobias from a very safe distance and I think- at least, that I have an idea, or several really. I waited for her to fall silently, as polite as I could manage with the energy that danced around my form, attention held wholly upon her as I nodded my agreement before lips parted to speak.

“I found the grey and black female who was here, who came to our pack that day and was with him. She is not just anyone, I have it confirmed that she is his imprint, his soul and perhaps the most easily exploited weakness. If you desire this Tobias- we need only bring his imprint here and he will follow. She herself has weaknesses to a certain extent, she has a child from another that might perhaps be used against her if need be- though I do not think her mothering instinct is very strong though I offer it to you anyway. Raven is the childs name. I know her.”

I did not believe, truly, that the black and grey female would be brought her by her daughter yet all information is helpful, all information can be used and so I simply offer it.

“The black and grey female will bring him I am sure. He follows her. I went out again after that, I followed his scent to the fields. I could not find his den, it is almost as if it is….under the earth somewhere, but deeper then normal, like a cave I cannot find- but I know he is living in the fields and there is another- I have seen them together. He has a mate, did you know this? A pregnant mate. If we cannot have the imprint, maybe we can lure him with his mate, or perhaps you can simply have the children when they arrive, maybe raise one for yourself if you can take it. The last thing I have to offer is what I was told by Pan many years ago, that’s my father, he used to tell us stories about the Black Prince at night. I think he was trying to scare us, I don’t know, he knows everything about everything though- he said Tobias like red and white wolves- he follows red and white wolves because he is looking for someone he cannot find- he is attracted to Angels. He said the Angels know more about Tobias then anyone- maybe find an Angel to help you or to ask?”

It was a flood of information I know and I had a few plans I think, to go with it, but it was not plans Jaidah asked for- she just asked for the knowledge and so I gave it to her, lots of it, she just needed to decide what to do with it and how to use it. I found his imprint, his mate, where he lived and others who know a lot more if she wanted to ask them. I think I did a pretty good job, really.
