I am driven to do my best even though I am untrained. It is my own fault I am this way leaving myself to splay about an dodge around like a fool as Avery snaps and bites at me leaving me twisting and turning in some strange insane movements. I know I have to be better than what I am now, I have to grow. I compete with Calliel sure, but I cannot be out done by her forever. We are littermates and should be equals, I do not wish to beat her but be on the same level to challenge her so that we challenge each other. Right now it is all one sided when I meet her and that is what I want to change. She thinks she is better than me and for now that is true but I will change that. Avery is obviously skilled, I don’t have time right now to wonder what it was she has been through in her life, a part of me wants to know more about her, I find her impressive and I interesting.

I have to rid myself of such thoughts for now. I need to focus now more than ever. My form twists around as I retaliate at last finding my shoulder in her rib before my body twists and my fangs dig into her hock. I loosen my grip, I was caught by surprise that I was even able to grab it to be honest my initial bite was hard simply because I thought she would move and I didn’t want to hurt such a tender area to a point t was maimed or injured beyond repair. She didn’t give me long to deliberate as suddenly she contorted herself to get my neck.

My bright icy blue eyes widen as I begin to spring back releasing my hold of her leg and whipping my own head and neck away from her. I was too slow to realize it was some sort of ruse to make me let go, but I wanted to protect my neck. I am quick so it was fine from there but I didn’t realize what she was trying to do. A moment later I was attempting to distance myself, I noticed her head lunge downwards only to grab my own front leg I let out a small growl of pain but that wasn’t all she did. The next thing I knew I was on the ground my leg still in her maw. I am honestly not sure what to do. I don’t want to yank my leg away so since her face was so close to my own from her holding my front leg I jerk my leg forward aiming for her own face. It was to chase her off my leg to be honest I didn’t really want to mark up her face but I would grab her muzzle if she didn’t let go of me.

As soon as she let go I would roll myself away from her and try to get back to my paws, I wonder how much she had to test me before knowing what I needed. Obviously so far I clearly needed some refinement I flailed around like a fish out of water it felt most of the time, but I was just doing what I could to fight back and defend myself.
