The Grotto

Disaster has struck!
Years ago, an earthquake broke open several entrances into a deep, winding series of subterranean systems. It was thought that deep below, underground rivers snaked their way below Moladion. Now, flooding in the Northern reaches of Moladion has proven this theory to be true.

The Grotto is almost entirely submerged. Many of the entrances are completely inaccessible, and those that are only extend a few hundred feet before ending in water. The lower entrances, however, act almost like a giant drain for Moladion. Water pours down into the Grotto's maw as powerful rapids and waterfalls, and large amounts of debris have build up throughout the area. It can be exceptionally dangerous to travel due to the risk of flash-flooding and dams suddenly breaking, but the Grotto does offer the most consistent access across the floodwaters because of those dams.

Note:The Grotto will return to normal once 25 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes.

now that i am coming down; won't you be my solid ground?

She had wandered away, but just for a little while. She was curious about Moladion in the way only someone who had been born here and withheld from exploring could be. This was her home, and yet she doesn't know very much of it. That was sad enough all on it's own, and Sway felt that urge to just look around for awhile. See what the neutral areas had to offer. She would always feel the need to return to Spirane and her cousin, of course, but that wasn't in question. She wanted to take a look at all of the places of neutral turf here, but she decided that she would take it slow, just in case. She didn't want to have forgetful moments out here...alone..

Not that it was too lonely right here, as the grotto looked as if it was teaming with life right now. Others were mulling about in there from what she could see, and that made her wonder as to why. Which in turn had her moving slowly towards the bulk of the gathering, blinking as she stepped over to the strange assortment of wolves. There was one of every type here, it seemed. A group with the numbers of what a pack would have, but they all held different scents to them. A couple of them smelled more like Spirane, so Sway edged closer to those two (Cinder and Myra) in hopes that maybe they would take note of Daenerys' smell on her and allow her to stand nearby them.
