The grass by the border shifts - ever so slightly. It will soon, I am sure, give way to another though the air does not become flooded with the scent of authority. Instead, the stranger's scent blends in with this child's. I suppress the desire to grin in amusement, knowing now that the other will join us soon. How amusing. It will be better to see them together, for I have no intention to leave them entirely to Renai. They are mine just as much as hers. For the time being, I content to leave the child to believe she has gone undetected. Let her believe I am oblivious to her as she comes from the pack. This one - Eloah - pivots around as I circle, being met by her sibling as I come to stand before her once more. She seems to find more confidence in the arrival of her sibling. I cannot help it this time - I sneer down at her, bemused by her audacity. Her sister does not speak. Instead, she merely stares up at me. I can see the distrust in her eyes. I want to feed off it. Such animosity. It is like a flavor - exquisite in her scent, in her face. It makes this entire situation much more delicious. I wonder just what they know or do not know. "You maybe want to know?" I address her curtly. I take a step forward then, lunging down towards her with a metallic clip of my teeth. I keep a distance, however, my teeth snapping several inches. She is in no danger, sure, but she does not need to know it. This is her discipline, after all. I keep my head low then, staring down into their eyes with a wide, toothed grin. "Why would I tell you anythin? You don't even know if you want to know." In a sense, I dismiss her then. I want her to reevaluate her choice of words. They are poorly thought out. Poorly constructed. She needs to learn. Instead, I turn my attention towards the other girl, practicing stepping over Eloah so that I can be closer to the other. "And you. Who are you?" Let us see if she can answer better, and ask better questions.
