Bright Moon - a land sullied by mystery and the ravaging scars of a terrible fire. Abandoned as a pack land for years, the terra has been used as a gathering place for the brazen and bloodthirsty drawn there by the lingering pall of death. Yet from the ashes there comes an unordained phoenix, the rainbow hues of hope glinting in her mismatched globes. Through the obsidian drapes obscuring the scenery, she alone was able to catch the perfumed aroma of new life on the breeze and hear the sluggish streams flowing ever swifter into the morning.

Thus, with a purpose, she set out to map the incognita, discovering daily the extent of the reawakening and unearthing within herself a desire to return the landscape to its former glory. Now she stands tall as privileged Alpha of the lands, lording over the rock-strewn prairie and bountiful forests with a firm but gentle paw.

Having finally realized her deepest longing to be a queen, Satowra is focused solely on the revival and maintenance of the Bright Moon Pack. Her question to each prospective warrior that comes to the border is simple:

"Do you have what it takes?"

As Summer's scent reaches me, my tail wags behind me in happiness to see him, golden eyes growing only brighter at his presence as he steps out of the forest and makes his way toward me. As he rubs against me in affection, I lean into his side, nipping at his ear playfully before I face him. He asks how my visit was and so I explain what I have learned, though I hear even more recent news that Moth is now regretfully dead and no one really knows if Cai is around to take over as it was settled. I know that the pack will probably be in mourning for a while but hopefully someone steps up and watches over it until they can get back on their feet. He thanks me and I nod my head in acknowledgement, tail still wagging behind me as he asks how Moth is doing. At this, I scowl and duck my head a little, unsure how he'll react to the news. "I'm afraid Moth has passed after a nasty bout of illness that was too much for her to handle. The pack is in mourning."

I know this is probably not what he wants to hear but none the less, I feel he needs to hear it. He then says he'll have to go meet with the new alpha and I shake my head at his question. "I'm sorry to say that I have not. I hear she's been a loyal servant of Moth for years and that the pack is faithful to her so I trust that she'll be the perfect candidate for the pack. Perhaps if you have no one else in mind, I'll trave with you when you go?" It's just an idea and not one I expect him to just say yes to on a whim. I like to help out as I can.
