The world was suddenly empty, just him. There had once been others, keeping him company, bumping into him, and he was worried that they had gotten lost somehow. His mind was trying to make sense of it, as his soul was reaching out, trying to figure out where those who he called his siblings, had gone too. They were his world, right? They had to be. They were all he had ever known. And now, he was all alone in this cold cruel world.

The white boy then felt the cold for the first time, and he felt it deep into his core. Only to have a large wet tongue scrape against him as he laid there. He squeaked, his small voice echoing, and then he was picked up into the air, and settled between another warm body. His sibling! He didn’t know what his siblings were, but they were here next to him and that made the snow white boy extremely happy. He whined, his soft nose searching through the soft fur on mom’s belly, searching for the source of food. He would soon fall asleep, his small belly filled and his soul warm at the thought of his siblings being close. He would rest because that was all he knew at this age.
