Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

A SLEEPLESS malice as black as the oncoming wall of night
So it ever was. So will it always be. Such is the nature of evil.

Neither one can quite understand or grasp the way the mind works for the other. Underidge is a bit crazy at times with his absorption and duties to his deity whereas Eden seeks a sick and twisted pleasure from the pain he inflicts. They both do end on middle ground: death. Whatever it takes for Eden to get there is his own business so long as the Shade does not demand the death of such a creature. Would he call for the death of Tesseract then Underidge would have to obey him - how would Eden react then? It is not a thought worth contemplating to Under. No need to borrow problems when he has led a simple life without such. Pack life was so complicated, he finds as he stores away the knowledge of Eden and lets things rest.

We. Eden says we and Under's ears perk up at the word, his eyes flashing in a sort of victory as his tongue laves across his lips. In time perhaps he would get to remove that offensive leg from the white wolf. No need to feast upon it nor even to relish in the taste of it like Eden might. It offends him that a wolf would live with such a weakness, so obvious for all to see. "When you have need I will be there."

Now he is the Thorn and the though only makes his lips twitch up in the barest of ways, a certain pleased smirk that his obsession has granted him such approval. Never for anyone else would he offer such, he thinks, for none were worthy like Eden was. They are one in the same, he thinks, intertwined by blood and secrets shared. "As long as I clean it then I will be sated." He answers for changing the world wasn't quite what he had planned, merely taking away the leeches from it.

He jerks his head back as the male tosses the bird to him before leaning down and grabbing it in one quick swipe so that feathers stick out of his mouth. With a jerky nod in respect to his alpha he turns and blends back into the shadows he had come from, his gait uneven and a wildness in the air around him. Watch the world, Eden had said, and Underidge would eagerly do that.
