now that i am coming down; won't you be my solid ground?
There was great risk to not knowing much of Moladion yet, to being unbiased as to what was around her, but Sway doesn't think of that right now. It did not occur to her that a peaceful visit from another pack within the same outcrop of lands could turn out badly for her. No one had informed her of those dangers. She was often careful enough about strangers, but she would have to learn not to regard all pack members in high regards. Eventually. But Sway was a new face, and there were probably only a handful of wolves clever enough to use that to an advantage. She would be able to learn about that for herself soon enough as well, though for now she was excited to meet others in nearby packs, curious on what was going on within those packs.
She waits because it was the polite thing to do, and although she does know that wary packs might chase her away, she was fine with that. It was both normal and natural if thats how things worked for them. It would be enough information to start with, too. There were so many ways that this could go, and she could only be hopeful for the best and stick with it. So when the white male started moving closer, Sway gave a friendly wave of her tail, watching the actions of the male who had arrived. The pose made her realize she had to be careful with how this went, though there was nothing bad she could say in any regard anyhow. Sway would have to simply keep her manners about her. And her wits.
He was speaking and she perked her ears towards him. "I am Sway from Spirane. We are curious about possible alliances, but for now we just want to know a little more about your pack. What it stands for, the kinds of members that you like to have. Skill-wise or goal-wise, I suppose." She responded with a smile, wondering what might be said in reply to her words. It looked like a nice place, but the strange vibe was still there. Plus, she had to wonder as to what kind of wolf would begin with such a phrasing. It was the usual 'up to no good' thing to say, so she would have to keep her eyes open to what the male was doing and saying, just in case he had ill intent.
