Well..
For this lovely lad, (yes I have changed it to a he), I would like the theme to have something to do with water. Maybe have him standing by some dark water, or something of the sort?
He is completely white, but his entire face is black, with a tiny white sliver in the middle of his forehead , and white, faded speckling around his eyes and on his forehead. He also has black toes on his front feet, and a crimson stripe that leads from his nose to the tip of his tail. His eyes are bright green, with a blue ring around his pupil, and gold flecks scattered throughout the iris.
