During the day, sentries guard the sleeping. When the sky is dark and the moon dances with the stars, this is when the real fun begins. Munashii Gekko's forest is the only haunt where you can find your local misfits all in one place. A land of the forbidden and forgotten, a place that is riddled with dangers of a whole different kind. The wolves here have long misplaced their rightful minds, and now live like creatures damned to prowl and lurk through the night. It's easy to lose yourself here, sanity was sure to fade away and wither; there was never anything normal about this nefarious nest. The silent threats that whispered in the breeze were enough to deter even the largest of demons around. It was not strength nor wit that ensured your survival here with Eric, and challengers would be torn down with a morose lethality - there was nothing left in his cold blue eyes that promised mercy to anyone who dared to overstep their worth. So, would you give up the sun for the moon and stars? Do you have enough vigor to become a well regarded sentry? - Put on a game face to step up and pass the sepia king's test or turn and leave before he catches your scent. You never know who wants to snack on your delicious blood in this forest.

Fire Opal
Robins will wear their feathery fire

Thinning droplets of liquid slowly rolled down the side of the fiery lass' snout, opal-like eyes studying the raging storm just outside her door. She lay there, shivering but drying, watching the beauty of nature's wrath, twigs snapping at eachother with the ravaging winds, lightning burning the muggy air with intense heat and fiery intent. The thunder boomed and cracked sharply overhead, ratting the ground and the hollowed refuge of the young lady.

Her blaze orange hide went from sleek and wet to looking like a startled cat as soon as her fiery eyes caught sight of him, obviously somebody of authority with a large build and a proud stride. His startling blue stare was cold, laced with darkness, sending a chill up her spine and rattling her bones. She knew as well as he did that he was much larger than she, truly able to inflict some damage, therefore she backed towards the inner wall of the tree, lowering to a submissive stature. Her doll like features showed a mask of genuine interest, and her hackles slowly fell back atop her soaked spine. When his words rang in her mind, she bowed to him, staying low and refusing to look him directly in the eye. She did not want to show disrespect, so she would not stare, afraid to look up at his features once more for even through the fog she could see that he was a charming fellow.

"Hello. Sorry to have disturbed you, sir. My home was flooded, and I had nowhere to go. If I may, what is your name? And where exactly have I managed to trespass?" She spoke softly, her voice merely a whisper compared to the roaring winds and pounding thunder outside. She allowed her unique jewels to rest upon his face, taking in his appearance, noting every last trademark of his magnificent being. wow. She thought, raising slowly to a standing position, realizing how much larger the king really was compared to her Ethiopian species. Fire Opal was just fall enough that the top of her fiery crown would meet the bottom of his chin.
