1. This is something Merl and I need to discuss (or re-discuss, since I think we have). We did/do have an option to fast-track but we're concerned that some people have abused it just to get the free powers which come with graduating. It may be that you can no longer fast track at all, or that you can fast track but not get the free power. In any case, characters can be "unqualified" professionals and still receive perks such as being able to be teachers, so you wouldn't need to put Delphi through the academy for her to be able to teach. :)
2. Characters don't have to be adults to graduate - being a prodigy is fine! If you can show that Danny's been in the academy long enough (by presenting a list of posts which reference Danny's work with the academy - they don't have to be explicitly teaching/learning lessons, any throwaway "Danny had homework to do for school" line in a regular post counts) then we'll review whether you can graduate. If we green light you, you'll have to write a final kind of test (because your teacher is an NPC, you can choose what it is and write it out yourself), and then pass. Off the top of my head I'd say you're good to graduate Danny whenever you like, because I've regularly seen Academy work referenced in lots of posts. :)
3. Characters can enrol at the Academy at any age, providing they're able to do the basic things required to learn (walk, talk, etc). Again, we allow for prodigies :)
Hope that helps!
