Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

Note: Susil Crags will return to normal once 25 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes.

The hunt was just another usual manifestation of Covet's will to live, to keep going and survive whatever came next. He had seen the will to live in another recently, even though that creature would have been dead if Covet hadn't allowed the life to stay. The brutalized male had not been in the same spot when Covet had returned to see, so there had to have been the will to live, if not the strength to win against him. Covet doesn't think too much on the matter for now, but it is at the back of his mind. It could be dangerous in the future, but he did not fear it. He kept an open mind as to what could happen, but if the male came for Covet alone, he knew he would win again and he debated on if he would be merciful or not.

Covet had stopped saying his name long ago for the most part, and he doesn't think too much on passing it along right now. Later he might use it again, but it had become too common-place to ignore he had one at all. There was no game when it came to his name, but unless he took a spotlight, it did not need to be known. It had made things interesting in years past, but interesting was not always a good thing. His name was not a very.. well he really didn't know how to put into words what he felt his name was lacking. But if he did not use it, then why worry on that subject? Of course he could always make it mean something more if he wanted to. Time would tell on that.

Veilia was speaking again, and he gave a slight dip of his head. "As are yours." He responded evenly, watching her for a few more moments. He figured he could take what was left of the coprse and stash it away from prying eyes. No need to waste it, and he could eat more over the next day and keep up his strength. He wondered vaguely if he would see the female again, as for one she wasn't bad in form or mind. She had a will about her that Covet approved of. His look was quietly blank as he resumed looking at her before moving around the corpse of the deer to sniff at it. It would certainly bring about scavangers, but that was fine. Target practise.
