Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

The guise of trying for a rank had pushed her onwards and into another land, for now. Might as well find out more about what was going on currently in Glorall, right? See what it had going for it now (she did not forget the past, words spoken of Eden), since Aldonza was always up to switch over if she felt it was worth it. Much was changing within the lands, and she had changed too. Sometimes these things were needed, and so she pushed herself to be more this time around. She had changed once before and could do it again. Steel blue eyes survayed the area as she walked onwards, smelling the salt catching at her nose and listening to the sounds of waves in the distance.

She remembers all of this, remembers that she had been born here, had been a silent sort of child back then. And she had left when Myra had, though she was thinking it was time to shake the past away. Myra was strong enough to look after herself; she'd survived two years. Aldonza knew her sister would continue to thrive. She had no doubts of it. Why shouldn't she go back and look at Glorall again, remember what had been and what could be again? She needed to know more. The border was up ahead and she moved closer to it, but not over. She settled down to wait, calling out for any of the members to come and meet with her; she wanted to know more about this rule. And if she should tell Myra of it later..
