Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

Solitaire had been busy stocking up his den with herbs and other plants needed for healing, keeping everything well in it's place. As long as it was all where it needed to be so he could easily get to it, then he was happy. Some healing had to do with a rushing sort of basis, and he did not want to grap the wrong thing when time was of the essence. He did have quite the collection going, though. He was proud of what he had done so far, what he planned to continue to do. The Spring had been a great time to gather some of the plants, and now the Summer would be as well. Different plants for different purposes, some. Solitaire wondered if he should go out and about more as well.

Still, he wanted to ensure that if he was needed here at home that he would be there to call and quick to arrive where he might be needed. He did have his hollow log half filled with herbs and plants and needed things for healing on the fly, just in case. Solitaire also made sure there was room for new things to add if he went out to collect. Yet it was because of someone he had met that he had kept the log now filled with a few things to help out if someone he met was hurt in any way. He certainly did not want to be unable to help even a stranger if they were in need. He had felt bad for not having anything on paw for Malleah when her leg was hurt, but he had fixed that from being an error again. He was looking it over now, along with the den supplies, pondering on it all.
