They even had a President's dinner in the evening on the 20th May evening at the RCOphth college congress, Liverpool Arena to which I am not sure who were invited. Whereas, during the congress days if you were late by 15 minutes there was no food. On the 21st May there was a huge row as a delegate had to travel to the 3rd table around 1:30ish to be told that there was no vegetarian food. It is high time for the college to think whether they should curtail such limited guest " President's dinner" so that delegrates do not miss out the lunch due to some stupid, inefficient catering system
