Sabriel was confused and concerned, but more about this female's well-being than he really had any right to be. He didn't like the idea of letting anyone go off who might slip and fall (even in mannerisms and such with that other kind of wolf roaming about), and this one was sending more mixed messages than he had ever seen happen in one wolf before. It was making his head spin, and he honestly had no idea what to do about the situation. So, mostly, he did nothing. He just watched her with concern in his gaze, listening to her speak and hoping Kellin wasn't going to do anything rash. There was always the possiblity, ptsd was a difficult thing and Sabriel knew Kellin might have it from the past..

Yet the female was speaking, telling them that she had changed her mind before running off. Sabriel looked on as she ran off, eyes wide and wondering what really happened here just now. But he had no way of knowing and simply hoped she would keep some common sense in mind next time she came across another wolf. When she was out of sight, he heard Kellin's words and blinked at the male. "You might want to keep a civil tongue in your mouth as well." He said sternly, frowning at his brother and wishin he hadn't heard those words at all. Different times, he supposed. But now it was time to move along, since there would be no strange company now that she had run off.
