Yes we get hung up from time t time.
The idea is to keep the flicker shad ticking off the bottom for best action and luck, if we troll for four hours and snag let's say only 5 times were doing good, usually I will back the boat up past the snag and try and pop it out, usually 9 out of 10 times it pops right out but ocassionally we don't get one back. Some guys use a bait retriever , I personally try to pop it off and if all else fails. Read your line and move on,I think we've only lost 3 baits so far this year .
