Never Fall Asleep

There's a place that I've found, as far as I can see
Name: Radke
This place lies within, the depths of my dreams
Age: Adult
In a garden surrounded, by fire and trees
Gender: Male
Through the smoke a silhouette I can barely see
Appearance: Radke is a strange looking man. He has black that masks most of his face and rings and spots around his body. White covers his underbelly and legs with tawny spots, the same tawny color also surrounds most of the black. The tip of his tail is a gray and his eyes are almost a seafoam green. He has a rather large muscular frame.
There's a man with an axe standing in the rain
Personality: Radke is a rude and vicious guy. He can't hold his tongue and has no control of what he says. He's going insane while trying to process his families death.He's currently afraid of being alone and sleeping due to him waking up one day to find everything in the land he roamed had shifted and crumbled. His parents were killed.
Looked me straight in my eye, this is what he had to say

"Destroy the guillotine!"
