JABBERWOCKY
Dixon. Jabberwocky repeats the man's name in his head over and over until it finally stuck. He really, and truly did like Dixon; his new best friend as far as jabberwocky was concerned since he was never one for titles and all that other ranking stuff, though King Jabberwocky sounds nice or even perhaps Lord Jabs? Those thought had the draft almost chuckling out loud in amusement but he maintains his cool and welcoming composure, nodding along to Dixon's words as he spoke like jabs mind hadn't been going into a different direction than what they were talking about.
"I hope you find your lady friend Dixon, " Jabberwocky looks over the stallion with sympathy in his eyes. He knew how it was to lose things and try to find them. Jabs was lucky though that his daughter always managed to find him when he was at his lowest and totally alone. With a snort Jabs shakes his head free of such saddening thoughts and turns on his heels to head up into the Ridge. "Come with me my friend, i'll show you a few nice places before it begins to rain again, though not much to see once you get up into the Ridge itself; unless you like rocks and beautiful views which are very romantic I might add so feel free to bring ladies home and charm them with our home." Yes, he was rambling, but that was just a small part of who jabs was. A big blubbering idiot.
Moving his legs he sets out at a steady pace, occasionally glancing over his shoulder to see if Dixon was keeping up; he would hate to lose his new friend so quickly. "Hurry up," he calls before facing forward again, careful to watch his step as he pranced along leading the way. Despite his age Jabberwocky felt like a young colt again being home here in the Ridge.
