I am not questioning anyone's leadership and I know first hand the work it takes to run the club and maybe we need to get together as a group this fall for a good discussion on how we move forward with a possible paid staffer etc etc ,it is very difficult to implement change as we are all volunteers and the PEI roadrunners club is such a great organization and hopefully some new and younger runners will step up to the plate and help out , this is 20 years this year since I took over as race director of the 25k in Kensington and this is my last year and I am hoping someone will pick up the torch and carry on the tradition as it is a special event on the road runners calendar in my opinion .
Thanks to all who volunteer and hopefully all events will continue to take place
