Ruieze Fields

Open fields and soft grass...
Ruieze stretches far in the midlands of Moladion, laced with streams that feed into Diveen and out of Asteraia at times. The fields are vast, filled with wildflowers and tall, soft grass; trees are sparse, as are rocks, but one can find small shrubs to hide amongst, and the grass itself. To the south of the fields, a Ruieze River widens, and the ground becomes sandy. There is a small, grassy island that can be reached from the banks, with water-birds often congregating on the island rather than the riverbanks.

We laughed at fate and mourned her;

Not every wolf that approaches forth are the kind of company that you would keep. There was a reason why she kept herself away from others. It was far easier to do such a thing than order others to stay back. It had grown easy far too easy to keep herself detached from others. Always in the back of her twisted mind she replayed over and over again the cold-hearted words she had listened to ever since she was a pup. It was best if she stayed away. Best for others and best for herself. Yet even if she wanted to keep herself away she would succumb to her instincts, just like any other, on the need to be among her own kind. It was a terrible thing and yet she could not dwell on the negativity. Rather it was best to see the positive in what she presumed as terrible things. Her need to stay away from others worked against her. No more could she be truly alone. Now she was a pack wolf and the way she carried herself portrayed her as an unlikely typical pack wolf. There was something different and how she held herself, she seemed disinterested in attempting to hide herself in the wide open spaces. Even though she wandered on her own she had another need to be among her own kind and it would seem she found a somewhat worthy soul to satisfy her need – for now.

Each step she took was bolder than the next, each paw gently placed in the soft sand mixed within the thick grass, not a sound could be heard. The wounds from her former fight were nearly healed thanks to the little wolf that darkened her border. It was a deal she was somewhat pleased with. The Angel pack was not one to be trifled with. Not with their numbers and the amount of wolves that were loyal. Each pack had a member of the Angel family except for her. She was sure she could rely on two individuals to keep her pack safe for those that walked a more difficult path. The Angel pack would not have the same amount of authority once they came back to power. No more would they be able to wipe away those that were the darkest of souls. Promises were everything and even the most powerful would bend to their words. She was pleased with herself and she aimed to go far much higher, but she couldn’t complete her goals without others. Her silent paws led her to the shores of the Lake with the male that head pale purple eyes that were incapable of leaving her scarred form. She stood quietly along the banks her half-torn ear twitched back and forth as he spoke. Lifting her ebony skull her pink tongue would wipe away the excess of water along her muzzle watching as she threw himself into the water as if he were attempting to show what he wished to be. Softly her voice would drip out sardonically.

“It would seem you are unable to grow gills to become a fish, a shame we cannot always become what we most want to be.”

If he wanted to be a fish and wallow in the water then she was more than happy to oblige his wishes. It was a shame though that Mother Nature would not be willing to let the wolf turn into a fish. As he makes his way towards the bank she would remain standing still her eyes barely looking over his wet frame. He may be well toned and his long legs may carry his body perfectly out from the depths of the water and yet she was uninterested in his body. She was not like other females. She did not marvel at his frame. It was difficult to impress her. Walking out of the water was hardly anything to be fascinated by. She, unlike other females, did not have the drive to want him. Her soul was already bound to another, one that seemed more Demon than a God, and she could not attach herself to any other mortal. Fate had bound her to another, perhaps because no one else was worthy, and it was rare that Fate was ever wrong. Quietly she would move away from him not minding if he the more scars that littered her frame or not. She would turn around for a moment her obsidian skull turned around, both radars pointed towards him. A coy smile appeared on her black lips as she spoke apathetically.

“This land his grass, massive fields, numerous caverns, bright crystal clear likes and rivers, tall massive trees, with enormous and lengthy mountain ranges.”

He asked what she knew about the land and well, she wasn’t wrong.
