Playing with Carnifex is like playing with fire. She had already burned her paw by even agreeing to step in the flames and now she was being threatened with being scorched to death from his hot breath. She has not doubt that when the time comes and her body begins to swell with the need to grow that he will be an adept lover but quite likely a rough one. Her mind thinks of ways in which she may get word to her friend Solitaire so that perhaps, in a lucky moment, she might be able to get some healing done if need be. Clever she is, thinking of various methods with which to circumvent this circumstance. She did not want to carry pups at the moment - they were a burden far more than being the plaything of any male. There were plenty of herbs by a nearby pond that would, if taken at the right times, create havoc within her uterus so that no children would grow or remain implanted there. Her body stiffens as a sneer crosses his visage, turning his handsome features into an ugly look that is matched with an irate one of her own. So easily he could snap from his word and crush her beneath him. So large that he wraps around her. Why could he not be like those fools from before that fell for her seduction and her simpering with ease? "Well, if you want children from my womb you ought to protect it from others," she snaps back in a grumpy voice, shifting her hips now so that they dig into him. She is tempting him perhaps to cull her but the only way she knows how far she can press is to try and stretch what is between them. It was a tentative way to also measure how firm he was on his word.

She lays her head on her paws, itching to rise and move but soothing her muscles while her ears flick back to catch his words and her head lolls to the side slightly so that one eye can watch him warily. "Pups will not survive without their mother for a while so perhaps you should stretch that until they are weaned, don't you think?" Her voice is almost smug in her knowledge, using every ounce of whatever she can against him to stall what is likely an impending death. Her lips twitch into a coy smile, although it is hard and much more tentative than it had been before.

Now her face turns into a positive glare as she jerks her head up and one paw smacks the ground. "I have no one else and well you know it. If I did then I wouldn't have followed you in here, would I? Despite how handsome you were a few minutes ago." Her ears flick back, realizing that her mean words would likely earn her a punishment she wasn't ready to take and she drops her head back down quickly, hunching her shoulders lest he retaliate against her. "Its just you and me now."
