The purposeless path he walked was wearing on his mind as of late. He hasn’t gone mad as most who walked alone have around the lands of Moladion but what was sanity to these lands? He was close to his home always lurking but not quite ready to return. The Aplos river was an escape of sorts this day as he approached a spot that memories came flooding back to him. His nails dug into the earth in almost an attempt to feel the past.

His nose found its way close to the ground. Perfect memories of the past that should have faded many moons ago led him to the place he lay between Shiloh’s paws. The place Aviias showed up out of the blue and became part of his life. She had even caught him his first fish after taking him back to the shallows.

He longed for the company of his friends once again but alas didn’t even know if they suck around. Perhaps they moved off to a bigger expanse of the world. They became his family and and the thought of never seeing them again made his chest ache. He understood heartache but never experienced it as he was now. He didn’t howl or express his pain… It was not the way he was taught he simply lay still and let his mind dance into the past ready to run anyone off who disturbed him or this place he felt at home in.
