Aplos Riverside

Moladion’s powerful, winding river...
Aplos River is a broad, slow-moving river originating from somewhere beneath the mountains of Spirane and feeding Iromar’s moors in the south. The northern parts of the river are known for their strong currents, with the water becoming slow moving in the south. The riverbanks vary along its course, ranging from soft hummock grasses to small groups of pine, and sometimes nothing but pebbles and sand. Crossing can be difficult at times, but it can be swam or bridged by fallen trees or boulders alike.

now that i am coming down; won't you be my solid ground?

Sway wished she had been able to see the healers in Spirane, to speak to them about her past injury that had led to her blackouts, to see if they had anything to make it better. Something to help her remember it, or to stop the onset of it when it threatened to overtake her. Anything would be better than going through it, but that time had not yet come. They must have been busy, and Sway did not want to bother them if they were attending to important matters. She could deal with her issues as she had been doing for the past few years. It was a usual thing now, she supposed.

There was a lot she still wanted to do within Spirane, but it was such a large pack with so many members within it. That seemed daunting enough before so many others had come to call it home, and Sway felt the concern of the inner circles forming in the pack, making it more of a seperate thing in some ways. But could she bring that up to Daenerys? Didn't the alpha already know and allow it? This was probably to be expected when half of another pack joined with one in this way, but it still made Sway uneasy, though she would trust that her cousin knew what she was doing.

Sway couldn't say she knew all the ins and outs of pack life, since she had only spent so much time in any of them throughout her lifetime. Not that she had wanted it that way, but her mind problems had made life difficult in that area. Not many had the patience to deal with her when it came to the blanks in memory, the blackouts she couldn't remember. She had never been said to be violent during these times, but more skittish than anything. Even that probably tested the limits of patience. She missed her family for so long, and it had been orbate some time ago.

However, she was glad to know some extended family was still around, as in Daenerys and her cousin's children, so there was that. Sway had yet to meet the princes and princess, but she was sure that in time she would. Kids at that age were always up to something and busy running around anyway. Maybe when there was a pack meeting things would be cleared up more. She wondered why there hadn't been one with the influx of all the new members, but it was possible for obvious reasons why that might be being avoided for now. It did not ease Sway's concern, though.

Disoriented, Sway was trying to hold herself together as the memories of before the blackout were coming back, and when she heards the words of another nearby, her eyes widened and her head turned to look at the other female. The uncertainly left over from the recent episode was still lingering in her system, but she attempted a friendly smile anyway for the stranger. "I think so. I'm just gathering my wits. Kinda like shaking away a nightmare." She responded, thinking that was the best way to explain it to someone who was seeing what she looked like now, just after everything.
