Enocra Woodland

Pine, spruce and firs alike...
Dense coniferous forests cover the woodlands, with clearings, paths and the occasional wildberry shrub throughout. Pine, spruce and fir make up much of the forest in the east, with the forest becoming swampier in the west towards Mecor Valley. In the west, cypress trees dominate, with fallen trees creating bridges across and throughout the stillwaters.

From the second that I was born it seems i've had a loaded gun and then I shot, shot, shot a hole through everything I loved
Aviias was a fighter herself, though not in the way Guardian was. While Guardian was trained for war of tooth and claw, the small gray female had been trained for war against the world, the very fiber that made up all life, her's included. Survival was her most perfected skill, even surpassing her healing ability. From the beginning she defied the odds, surviving being washed down river as a small tiny pup, only to be fatefully be rescued by her adoptive mother. Her real family was out there somewhere, but she would never know it, building a new life and family over her amnesia. Her new mother taught her life lessons, lessons that helped to shape and mold her into the kind, resilient wolf she was today. And then, at the age of 2, she was once more forced to prove her survival skills with the death of her adoptive mother, leaving her utterly alone in the world. But survive she did, making her way to Moladion and making the friends that she did. Nothing could knock her down: not her paw, not heart break, not bad wolves.

The large angel tilts his head in curiosity, his grin expanding as she laughs. Aviias was never one to let the weight of the world weigh heavy on her shoulders, she was too little for that. Instead, she let it slide from her with a laugh. Life was cruel, but if you let it hold you back you would foever be stuck in misery, instead you needed to build the necessary bridges and get over it. Some might see her behavior as childish, but if being adult meant being so serious and miserable, then she'd rather be a pup the rest of her life. Her trained violet eye can tell he is still nervous in her presence, but she hopes that in time she can ease his soul, at least enough to make him comfortable around her, if no other female. It was now her personal goal, and if anyone knew anything about Aviias, is that she is persistent enough to see it through the end, a successful end.

“I dun reckon I can get any taller, I’m as tall as day come I think, but both me Ma and me Pa was pretty big and me brothers and sisters too- I gotta lot of dem.” he says, taking a moment to seemingly think about something. The small gray girl's tail waves, like a small part of mother nature, creating its own breeze. Her head tilts in a silly manner, a goofy grin pulling across her lips. "That's okay, if you were any taller i'd be like an ant! Then i'd have to look up to you like you were a tree," she says, laughing at her light-hearted, childish thought. Her mind however lingered on the fact that he had a lot of siblings. She silently wondered what it would be like to have a lot of siblings, but as far as she knew, the world had decided that she was to be utterly unique. It didn't bother her any, one day she would have her own family, but for now her family consisted of all of her friends and her pack.

He stares at her paw as she holds it for him to see, and to her, he looks rather confused by it. “You broke it?” he asks, and she can't help but smile at his innocent assumption. Her small crown shakes, but she does not chastise him like some may do. It was one of the many parts about her that made her so great around pups. "I was born like this. My adoptive mother suspected that when I was in my real mother's womb, I had siblings and one of them pushed up against my paw and made it like this," she explains, also giving him some more insight to her without much thought. She was an open book, willing to tell him anything about herself if it interested him enough for him to ask. "It doesn't hurt me any, just makes me clumsy," she says with a shrug, not bothered by the fact in anyway.

“Aviias it dis then.” he says with a nod, taking in her name much as she had done with his. “I have a brudda in Taviora, Starfall and me cousin Solaris too, are day both doing alright? Me Ma and me Pa is livin’ there now as well.” he continues, asking about his family who lived in the forest alongside her. The names rung a bell instantly in her head, both Solaris and Starfall being high ranked wolves in Taviora. Yet she did not know them personally, nor did she know of his parents who also apparently lived there now. "They are both well, Solaris still our most trusted Advisor and Starfall our star gazer. I see them around, though I have yet to meet your parents. I'll be sure to keep an eye on them for you, to make sure they're okay," It was a promise of sorts, a promise to Guardian that she would make sure she would help them if something were to happen and to tell him. Afterall, it wasn't a terribly far run from the forest to the mountain, and with her speed, she would be there even quicker to tell him of any news. Family was important, and she didn't want anyone to not have one like her.

He shakes his head when she speaks of his new place of residence and there is almost a sad look about him that makes her frown in worry. Was something wrong? And talk he does, opening up with such honesty as he tells the gray girl the story behind the fall of Diveen and the part that he played in it. Aviias's ears flick, quietly and patiently listening to everything he has to say, his frown making her frown as well. When he finally finishes, she allows him a moment to recollect any emotion that may have bubbled up for him before speaking herself. "I am truly sorry to hear about what happened. You are not at fault for the strange serious of circumstances. It sounds more like this Covet was not a nice fellow, possibly burdened by some old anger that caused him to react so harshly, because I can understand you very well. I wouldn't allow it to weigh too heavily on your mind Guardian, some wolves are just like that and they will take their anger out on anyone or anything given any form of excuse they can come up with," her words are so completely honest, kind, and wise. It is a troubling thing to see her new friend so pained and confused by what happened, blamed for something he was not at fault for.

She suddenly stands, hoping down from the rock without a second thought on how long it had taken her to get up. She moves over towards where her larger friend lay, tail swaying behind her and a reassuring smile upon her face. She was hesitant for a split second, hoping not to make him to uncomfortable but her kind spirit won over and gently reached out and enveloped him into a wolfish hug. "This Covet sounds like he needs a real big kick in the butt," her sweet voice says as she gently pulls away from him, a big grin back on her face with the few waves of her tail in hopes to spark one in return from him. She gently laid down upon a smaller rock, a little bit off to his side, now on his level. He grins at her mention of Shiloh and that makes her in turn spark up, excited that he knew of her. “Shiloh? She’s ma cousin. Me Father, Azrael is da borther of Queen Isola, day both the children of Heyel- das me grandfather. De Angels are my family. I’m just black cause me ma is all black, but me Pa is all white like dem. Me Pa reckons Shiloh and Amoxtli gunna have puppies soon, Queen Isola was pretty happy ‘bout that. Me brother Zaphkiel, he’s in Taviora too, he just had some puppies, I ain’t been ta see ‘em yet though. Reckon I like bein’ an Uncle though, till I get me own.”

She listens most intently as he tells her of his family ties, and she has such a big smile as he does. "That's really cool that she's your cousin and that Zaphkiel's your brother. You have quite the large family," she says, her voice a chirp. She knew the angel's were an extremely large bloodline, but she never really thought about just how large and how many of them she knew. They were one big family, together they were strong. "I bet you're a great uncle, you'll have to come around some time a visit, especially once Shiloh and Amoxtli have their puppies," her smile is so friendly and inviting. It would make her day if he came around to the forest and she could see him again after this day. Plus there would be puppies around, and she did love puppies so very much.

"I don't have any puppies of my own either, so I became the pup sitter for Taviora. Unfortunately though I lost the position because I had to leave Moladion for a short while after my second imprint left me so I could figure some stuff out. Now that i'm back though I still like to help out with all the puppies," she says, admitting to being both demoted and left by two imprints with a simple shrug, not thinking too much of it anymore.
