Under "membership", the 3rd FAQ cover your question Darrell. People can join our club as long as forms and fees are received in time for the July tournament.
If there is interest in changing this to June, please bring it up at the annual club meeting. I would second the motion. I personally feel like June would be a better cutoff date, but July has been the rule since I've been a member.
