Re(2): Breeding Dragonflies?

Thanks Bob. My concern is that I might breed more Mosquitoes than Dragonflies. A somewhat natural situation actually, as the prey must outnumber the hunters.
Perhaps there is another way. There is a small creek in the area, not pesticide free, ( it drains a lot of yards} and somewhat intermittant as it depends largely on rainfall. Perhaps there is a species that could thrive there. This must be a common situation in an urban environment. The question becomes, what species of Dragonfly or Damselfliy can thrive there?
