Lorain County Speedway and ISMA Officials struggle with finding a make-up date that works.

South Amherst, OH � ISMA officials have offered up four potential make-up dates for the Saturday portion of the Dave & Buster�s ISMA Summercade that was washed out on June 27, 2015. All four dates have significant enough drawbacks that will unfortunately prevent the event from being rescheduled this year. The potential make-up dates are in direct conflict with either the Lorain County Fair, a scheduled MSA event at a neighboring track, the year end Cavalcade at a neighboring track or a date that was too soon to be able to promote and advertise it properly.

With a Lorain County Speedway MSA Supermodified Race already scheduled just 2� weeks away on August 1st, and a handful of other special events following that, it�s difficult to find a date that works for the fans.

"Our focus this year was to make the fan experience really great for this event," said Kevin Bonnema, owner of Lorain County Speedway. "We wanted to make sure it's an event that fans mark on their calendars as a must see race every year, and we believe we can deliver that, we just need a little help from Mother Nature next year."

�All of us here at ISMA are disappointed that we will not be able to return this year, said Howie Lane, ISMA President, �but we certainly understand how difficult it is to make up one day of a two day show. I speak for everyone here at ISMA when I say we really enjoyed ourselves at Lorain County Speedway, and we look forward to strengthening this partnership by returning every year for years to come.�

Lorain County Speedway event tickets are typically never eligible for refunds or exchanges. However, since this special event was completely cancelled, and a make-up date could not be scheduled, ticket purchasers with Saturday tickets will have 3 options:
(1) FREE �All Access� Pit Pass Upgrade! - Use your General Admission ticket or arm band for next year�s ISMA Summercade. Summercade 2016 will take place on the last weekend of June and your ticket will be honored for Saturday�s event. Bring your 2015 e-ticket and automatically receive an �All Access Pit Pass� upgrade ($40 value) absolutely FREE.
(2) Use them this year - Tickets and arm bands will be good for any of the remaining dates on the 2015 Lorain County Speedway schedule at its face value (if there is a difference, a refund of the difference will be issued)
(3) Get a refund - Mail your e-tickets or arm bands to the speedway for a refund no later than August 8, 2015. Any tickets mailed back and not postmarked by August 8, 2015 will not be honored for a refund. You must include a self-addressed stamped envelope with a contact phone number on the inside flap of the envelope with the e-tickets in order to receive your refund. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AT ADMISSION GATES OR TRACK OFFICE.

These are the ONLY options to pick from. Regrettably, refunds issued to your credit cards are not available,

Refund checks will be mailed to customers within 30 days after the ticket refund department receives the request.
