Sorry to be gone so long

I know I've been gone awhile but I've been pretty sick with a sinus infection. I finally decided I'd suffered enough and went to Walgreens clinic and got Biaxin. It's day 4 of this 10 day regimen and I feel a little better but I've lost more weight ( down to 81 lbs now) and am pretty weak from not being active.
This morning an incredibly loud crack of thunder woke me at 5am. It was followed by several more with lots of lightening, etc. now we are under flood warnings but I'm not too worried .
Tell me how you all are doing.
