Aldonza would eventually go and do some meet and greets with those that had flooded into Spirane, but for now it really was much more interesting to watch them mingle with each other from afar. She did not know all the histories of those who were here now and why it had come to this, but Aldonza did not need to know. It was less about what was than it was to her being what was now and would be. Living in the past was something that Aldonza had shaken away from herself when she had taken on a new name and decided to leave the depression and such things behind her. She would be her own creature now, and live the way that she wanted to live. It was a process to decide all the things that she wanted her life to include, but she would get there one day at a time.

Being up here with her thoughts and debating what was going on down below was enough for her today. There were times when she wanted to go out and about and find out more on what was going on, but getting the will to actually do it was another matter. Aldonza liked being in one specific place, of feeling safe within a comfort zone. Yet she knew she needed to collect more contacts that would help her later in life to get wherever it was she decided to go. Or do. She felt no sure attachment to Spirane, for whatever that was worth, but she could confess that she did like these ledges to perch on and watch what others were doing. It was the simple things that kept her in place for now, because something better had to come along before she budged. No such luck in that area.

An ear twitched at the sound of something brushing against another thing, and Aldonza turned her head to peek behind her. A younger male was there, moving up next to her and sitting down. Aldonza gave him a nod of her head, and grinned a little at his comment, taking another look at what was going on below before returning her gaze to him. "Yes, I suppose it is. Otherwise we'd be pretty squished in by now, wouldn't we?" She responded, thinking of how big Spirane had been before the influx of wolves, and now with all of those, it was quite large with that feeling of uncertaintly lingering in the air. The whole thing was interesting, but Aldonza wasn't going to comment much further on it.
