Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

Note: Susil Crags will return to normal once 25 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes.

Gods may bleed among mortals...

Dead memories of a Legend
Chapter III Prophecy of Dark days

The cold and the rain follow my steps, making sand wet and rock slippery. The extent of my power is translated by the size of the sky. I’ve crossed the Crags looking for that wolf and he was there. The rain got stronger and with my howl the lightning strike all around me, showing to him the true power of a god and giving him just an idea of what I am capable of. With only a single command, he and anyone who I had the slightest dislike would be turned into ashes.

But no. Instead my muzzle lowers and my eyes focus on him. The storm rages and in no time my form bolts towards him shortly after my name is heard from his lips. The anger in my eyes hid what I thought “Where there is lightning, I am”. What did he expect.

My battle skills come into use again. Some thought that I never planned my moves before truly attacking a wolf and they could not be more wrong. Years and years of battle and knowledge. Every wolf in my pack had tried to kill me once, failing at each try and in the end left to rot in a hole when I buried them alive, so I knew they would suffer for their sins against me. Against their very creator! Now I am led to this. Abandoned by my pack and left to the mortals. This must have been a plan from my divine sons and daughters, I can almost hear them chuckling with my decisions. So be it! I’ll give them a show and they better enjoy it while they can, because betrayal is the only unforgivable sin for me! And this wolf is about to know my full wrath.

The possibilities were endless, especially for where he stood. He could only go so far as to the sides and back to dodge my moves, or face me, which would be far worse. I am stronger than him for sure.

My first target would be either his chest or his sides, seeking to grasp muscle and tear them. I would adjust my movement to his and twist my frame in whatever direction he went. Today, this wolf would get at least a bite from me.

After this move I would simply retreat.

- Have at thee! I shall make thou pay f'r doing that to me.
Prepare to fight! I shall make you pay for doing that to me.

I growled, waiting for him to prepare himself for a fight. He should be waiting for this and already be prepared for what was to come. I’ve seen him go to Diveen and enter that pack and that was no coincidence. I found it strange enough for him to have asked about my story. He was seeking my weaknesses. He wanted to give me up to Diveen.

-i trust'd ye. . . and how I am repaid? By giving me up to mine enemies!
I trusted you... And how I am repaid? By giving me up to my enemies!
