These rules were not used to target any specific members or characters. They were brought to our attention by other members.

Specifically, the rule involving steals will still count threads before these rules were in place. In the case of Covet, he only needs one more thread until he is considered free. However, this thread must be with a pack wolf.

The logic behind this re-wording is that it makes no sense for a stolen character to not interact with those that either stole them or exist in the same area as the character that stole them. It was a flaw in our wording that we did not think initially needed clarification. However, the loophole was pointed out to us and we have done our best to amend the issue.
