At Leisure Lake the sun is always shining and only a few stray clouds roam the open sky; paradise is the one word that really describes it. This beautiful lake is clean and refreshing, the very best place to swim and fish. Pups are known to play here while older wolves watch at the side, engaged in their own activities.

~I hope you smile when you look down on me~

His body carried her down, never leaving her to fall, falter or fail. In a more dreamy effect she relished this moment. She wanted it to last, never end. She wanted to feel his gaze, his heat, she wanted him. She wanted Kalgalath. Though she wouldn’t have realized these feelings for what they were in her hollowed state, this never would have happened if she hadn’t fallen so low. She felt a conflicted sense of her predicament, but she was thankful nonetheless. The bridge of her nose gently touched and caressed his muzzle much like he did with her bodice, though almost unintentionally. And though the moment was fleeting she could almost swear on her soul that any less contact with Kalgalath was like having ice pressed into her skin. It was cold, barren skin. Nothing like the heat they were sharing between their puzzle-pieced bodies.

And again she felt alive under his touch, even under a sleeping spell she felt the electrified touch of his skin. Their mingling fur was a melded canvas of steels and silvers. And to ordinary eyes they were only another couple under the stars but to Sebring, well… it meant so much more. More than she, herself, seemed to realize. She couldn’t pinpoint what she felt in her sleep ridden mind but somewhere deep inside it clicked. It felt right. They felt right. Everything felt right when she was next to him.

Golden lanterns flicked under heavy lids as she lay asleep in the rising sun. Her senses were running wild, she felt electrified, more so than the night before. It was almost as if Kalgalath’s presence had charged her back up to normal though her body said otherwise. She looked worn on the outside though her fur still held a nice thickness to it. That’s when she felt his hot breath on her nape. Her eyes opened slowly as she blinked away the sleep from her blurry eyes. A small purr rolled from her chest, sending minute vibrations through her bodice. “Good morning Kalgalath.” She turned her head hoping to catch a glimpse into her knights glimmering, icy portals. She smiled at the warmth enveloping her body, she smiled at the peace she felt and most of all she smiled for Kalgalath. Well more of a smile at him. Though the purring had stopped and she was awakening more and more Sebring still felt like she was in a dream. “Shall we wash away yesterdays troubles? And start anew?”

Even though Sebring knew it would be time to rise and depart she didn’t want to leave to warmth of Kalgalath’s embrace. She felt herself burrow slightly into him before she blushed, realizing that maybe that’s not what he felt. Maybe she was just delirious, but something inside her told her that she couldn’t leave him. She stood up, more conscious of her body than ever before. Her weak frame looking frail the morning light as she padded towards the lake. She turned ever so slightly, the sun silhouetting her frame. She looked into Kal’s eyes hoping that he would follow her, maybe ever so closely. Sebring stepped into the water cautiously remembering its deadly grip. She stood in the shallow waters waiting for her mottled knight to come by her side.

"They’re only baby scars," She whispers.
