At Leisure Lake the sun is always shining and only a few stray clouds roam the open sky; paradise is the one word that really describes it. This beautiful lake is clean and refreshing, the very best place to swim and fish. Pups are known to play here while older wolves watch at the side, engaged in their own activities.

 Loyalty means nothing unless it has at its heart the absolute principle of self-sacrifice She giggled at his lyrics and he had smiled even larger, amazed that she found his poor attempts at humor so comical. Constantly, he wanted to make her laugh and smile. It was true that she look bedraggled upon close inspection, but her smile changed her entire appearance. It lit up her face and softened it. She still looked worse for wear, but she was hopeful. Peaceful. It’s been many moons since I’ve slept so well and so long. Kalgalath smiled widely at her, his lips spreading. "You truly must have needed it then, for an earthquake could have shook the lands and torn them apart and still you would have not stirred. I would even gander a guess that you did not dream at all - you didn't so much as twitch the whole night." His smile had continued until he had passed her in the water, moving out to the deeper parts of the lake, letting his body sway with the current. Turning, he saw her moving out deeper, until the water covered her back as well. And there they stood, facing each other, nearly submerge in the water. It was so relaxing and peaceful to Kalgalath, that his closed his eyes, focusing on the feeling of the water moving through his pelt. With his drapes closed over his windows, he did not see her leave the lake, but the ripples caused by get motion reached him. At first, he thought she was moving merely so that she could free her pelt of the silt and sand, but then the ripples ceased. One eye opened, his azure peering toward shore, where she was shaking out her pelt. How could he have been so stupid? Only the day before she had nearly drowned, and today when she had offered to bath in the lakes waters, he hadn't questioned it. No, he had done the opposite - he had pushed her to go further. He had gone out to the depths of the lake, almost ensuring that she would follow him to a point at which she would not be comfortable. Without being aware of it or even meaning to, he had pushed her. Kalgalath. The titan's pinnae caught onto her vocals and he started wading toward the shore. The going was slow as the silt on the bottom of the lake was deep and did not allow for much purchase, it's loose layers sliding away when he tried to push against them. But he did not falter or stumble, just steadily headed toward shore. The water had just started to drop away from his belly when her vocals rang out again, hardly a whisper skipping its way across the lake's surface. I was, well… uh. Kalgalath raised his gaze to find hers. I was wondering if I could, umm, accompany you back your home...? As he neared, he watched her auds become flush against her cranium. Kalgalath deep vocals rumbled out in a laugh which he quickly stifled. He did not want her to think that he was laughing at her idea... He was laughing at himself - that was the very idea he wanted to propose last night - that if she did not already belong to a pack that she join his. Kalgalath remained silent until he was clear of the water's grasp, and he touched his nares to her nape, muzzle buried in her damp coat. This time, when his vocals fell from his maw, they were hushed. "I think that is a wonderful idea, Sebring. You will love it there." He paused, waiting to see if she had any hesitations before turning to the tree line that was not too far off. "You see, Aurora Borealis actually borders the lake so we are not far from there at all." He trotted to the borderline, which here was starkly marked by the distinct line of firs along with its scent. Without thinking, he crossed it immediately... that is, until he realized that the footsteps behind him had ceased.
