Breeding

Where the magic happens...
Wanting your own adorable hoard of fluffy puppies? You’ve come to the right place!
In winter, parents post their stats (alongside any other relevant stats such as grandparents etc.) in the below format. Staff then roll dice to determine if you conceive. If you do (congratulations!), Staff will then roll some more dive and perform some magic in order to produce your puppy stats.
You can view how we do that magic right here!

Certain prizes, such as ‘Pick Your Own Litter Size’ and ‘Custom Stats’ must be used before Stats are posed, whereas ‘+1 Puppy’ can be used after. If in doubt, check with Staff!

Once Stats have been posted, players may post in response claiming and naming puppies. Once spring begins, the mother’s player must reply to the thread with a link to their ‘birthing post’ on the appropriate date unless an extension has been requested.

Parent Stats
* post for both father/mother
Age:
Height / Weight:
Eye Color:
Body / Fur Type: (be detailed! long, short, thick, whispy, scruffy fur; brawny, willowy, wide set ears, a tail that’s a little crooked – everything helps!)
Fur Colour: (be specific with markings, and include references if you want!)
Other Stats (Optional): (for example, parents and grandparents; siblings; anything ‘cultural’ such as special markings in their bloodline etc)

** We include the option of grandparent / sibling / etc stats in order to help produce unique puppies even if a pair are plainer coloured. For example, two pure white parents don’t leave much room for exploration but with additional family stats, we can bring in new traits!

STATS
IP: 108.19.111.241

Due Date: September 7th

Pup 1
Female
Healthy

Eye color: A dark, dark green that fades to a medium grey in to the pupil.

Fur color: Her base coat is black. A very dark grey runs down his underside from neck to the hind legs. A lighter grey covers her muzzle almost completely, other than the very top which has black and the light grey mixed together. This same light grey covers all her paws and goes only slightly onto the legs, other than the back legs where it creeps upwards on the backside of the legs until fading away into black. White tips the fur in very sparse sections of shoulder, back of neck between the shoulders, back of the hind legs, and the top of the part where the tail meets the body, all on the longer hairs only. The toes on the right front paw are slightly touched with black. Reference Here

Fur type: Very average all around.

Height/Weight: 32 inches, 115 pounds

Body Type: She will be leggy, but will have muscle laid into her body rather thick around the front side. She will look feminine but not particularly delicate. Her legs have some meat to them, but she is not a overly heavy girl.

Pup 2
Male
Runt

Eye color: A deep, dark black. Flecks of bright yellow gold are hung like fireflies in the night as flecks in the eyes.

Coat color: His base coat is a light grey. His legs are completely white. His tail is black, although the underside is touched with the light grey. The head is black and this black goes all the way down covering the entire neck and ending at the shoulders, where it lightly intermixes with the light grey on the black. A light grey that is almost white Cover the top part of the muzzle, extending to touch the eyes, going upward to touch the 'brows', over the forehead, to cover the top of the head, and the whole ears other than the inside of the ears. This color extends over the eyes slightly as a light eyeliner on the top side only. Reference Here

Fur type: Shorter than average, but a bit of the more fuzzy side. He will always look more pupish.

Height/Weight: 25 inches, 50 pounds

Body Type: He is built like his mother, and will forever be the small runt of the family. He will always look thin, and he will never fill out. Since his fur is on the short side and will always have a pup look to it, it will show his skinny legs and overall skinny look. He will be a fragile boy, and it will always look like he could be easily broken. He will not be a tough pup physically.

Mother's health: 5/10. The birth itself will not go too badly. The labor will be long, but the pregnancy itself will take its toll on you. You will end up losing weight after the birth and unable to get stable while feeding your pups. Due to your size, it can be a dangerous situation if you are unable to be properly fed. Your hunger will be ravenous, but despite this you will only slowly put weight back on. After 3 seasons, you should be able to get back up to where you need to be!
