I guessed the theme rather quickly from the title and finished the puzzle without too much trouble. It would be nice to think that e^i(pi) = -1 is as much a cultural artefact as the Sistine Chapel, Middlemarch and the Jupiter Symphony. My only grizzle is that Euler himself did not feature in the grid. Thanks to Ilver.
And, Murray, despite being only recently retired, I too feel a little nostalgia for the old programme of the Proms and (my particular bugbear) the days when you could listen to Radio Three in the early morning without being bombarded by meaningless chatter.
