The Cavern of Secrets holds much more than you can imagine. Once a forbidden place, the ban on entrance has been released...yet, is it a good idea to enter?

Once a great battle had been fought in this cavern, against a dark beast that had once - and still might - dwell here. No one knows where he disappeared to, but there are rumours...

The female actually intends to escape and I find all sorts of amusement in this. My predator instincts have kicked in full force at her spectacle, racing to gain a foot or leg to bring her back to earth. I can sense the pain oozing off of her even as she runs, like there's an injury I didn't notice at first and she's feeling the restraints she's up against. Ah, poor little rabbit, all wounded and nowhere to hide. She doesn't dare to look back as probably she shouldn't for surely she would die in a panic just like a bunny if she knew I was gaining ground with every stride. I reach out, jaws snapping and I'm rewarded with the taste of her back leg in my mouth. I automatically pull back, wanting to feel her come back my way for I refuse to be dragged by the mouth. She squeals and my ears flatten at the sharp sound but I don't release, feeling her body react as I knew it would, rolling back past me and into a tree.

I stop and turn to face her, ready for retaliation but instead she only looks bleary eyes for a few seconds and for a moment I wonder if I gave her brain damage with the sharp tug. Or maybe it was the tree? My head tilts in curiosity as my tail sways behind me, waiting for her to do something, anything but just blinking. I can feel the panic swelling up in her and my eyes sharpen at the taste of it, wondering if it's because of the situation or because of something else. As she tries to stand, my body stiffens in reaction, ready for her to pounce or lunge but instead she merely crumples back to the ground in an unattractive bundle. My ears prick forward now and I take a daring step closer, wanting to investigate this new turn of events. Is she just dizzy from me pulling her down or is it more than that? I certainly hadn't meant to cripple her for that's no fun, but I did want her to stay put and I got what I wanted.

When she looks up at me now, I can tell that she's no longer having vision problems but fear oozes out of her pores like water and my tail arches upward in reaction, my jaws salivating just as any hunter's would. For a moment she seems like she's giving up and I huff in protest, wanting her to fight, at least with what she's got left for there's no fun in damaging a white flag of surrender. But there it is; the tell tale flash of determination in her eyes that makes my lips twitch with approval. She gives me a glare that makes my skin ripple with anticipation even as she speaks. I choose not to answer the question, instead moving closer to sit right beside her crumpled form as my tail flicks around my haunches, barely brushing her leg. "Why do you live in a pack? Do you detest other wolves or is it just me?" My blue eyes glitter teasingly, wanting an answer and yet wondering how she'll give it.
