Boss's Decree

"For every brother you bring to our
midst, you may keep a trinket all to
yourself. She will not be sullied or traded, unless you deem otherwise. But should you bring a mare here without a new brother first, then I will consider her property of the Lagoon as a whole
and do with her as I see fit." - Garmr

Rules

• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page.

• Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

Only crime and the criminal

We're animals. We're violent. We're criminal.

The wolf had become quiet in the seasons passed. He had not travelled to the neighboring Islands nor tried to strike up any deals. His previous attempt to wake the Lagoon from its lazy slumber had failed; three of its members had not returned when he sent them on missions and he could only assumed they grew distracted or failed and decided not to return. Perhaps it was best they didn't since Felony would have only had one type of greeting for them should they show their faces. But their was one face that had returned which had drew Felony's interest and that was Psycedelic. Although he hadn't approached the painted brute that he remembered from some years passed, Felony did keep an eye on him to see if he held any potential for future things that needed taking care of.

But this day the stallion had stuck his nose in the wrong place and Felony was in no mood for forgiving.

The beast had picked up the familiar scent of the woman and had begun the trek from his willow tree to 'greet' her. The stallion hardly ever left his perch beneath the willow; the limp in his foreleg grown worse with age and limited how far he would travel. But any that dared to think the old injury would keep him from spilling blood was poorly mistaken. The wolf still had his teeth.

The first thing that appeared was his wolfish amber eyes. They glared out of the shadows with a predator's intent as he looked over the young stallions surrounding Gandy. She had brought more than what was his which pleased him greatly, but his ears stayed pinned and his eyes cold and caluclating as he left the shadows to prowl closer to the gathering crowd.

"Psycedelic" he said, his voice sounding more like the growl of a lupine creature than equine. "You have arrived just in time. Escort these new recruits farther into the Lagoon while I speak with this mare" Though he spoke to the stallion, those wolfish eyes never left Gandy.
