Thought it was time to check in here,and let everyone know im still alive LOL. Bought a new (used but nice) Hide a bed Couch, and pulled a muscle in my lower back, so been down for a week and 1/2 . I treid working but finally went to see the Doc. She put me on no work and gave me Muscle relaxers , Then told me I shouldn't even be in my Motorcycle,
now that hurts, So Im resting here at home and hopefully go back to normal routine next week. Happy Hump Day to you all. Love and Peace David and Alpha In Salina Ks
