The Cavern of Secrets holds much more than you can imagine. Once a forbidden place, the ban on entrance has been released...yet, is it a good idea to enter?

Once a great battle had been fought in this cavern, against a dark beast that had once - and still might - dwell here. No one knows where he disappeared to, but there are rumours...

Miss matched orbs stared up into the cloudy sky while rain droplets fell softly into the owners pelt. A rumble of thunder signaled the storm on the horizon, making the kalak laugh to himself. He loved the rain, the shadows, the thundering sky and lightening blazing across the sky. It reminded him of home, in the grasslands. He remembered the lightening that use to strike down the small trees that dared to grow in the open and the flickering flames would burn idly until the rain put an end to its dancing. But his new home was more secure than that, and more diverse. He had scented many different species and even cross-breeds! Though the kalak was not of royal blood, he lived in an area where many of them ran wild about. He had been a ranked wolf, with his mother being the healer and his father a diplomat; making him the strategic healer, but he preferred to heal.

Horizon watched the sky blaze with streaks of white light and the rumble of distant thunder. It was a melodious sound to his ears, but his attention was soon drawn to the smell of smoke. It wafted out of the caves behind him, rolling and fading into the already ashy sky. His crown tilted slightly, lightening wouldn’t have struck inside the cave..? He rose from his seated position quietly as not to disturb anyone who might be in the cave. Horizon scented the air, there was femme nearby and from the scent he was receiving, she was a maned wolf like himself. Great, just what I needed. Another kalak. His eyes rolled back in annoyance. He had wanted to escape the depths of his own kind because of how much he despised the royalty. Maybe, he hoped, she wasn’t a royal pain in the ass.

He moved silently into the cave and was drawn to flickering flames residing in the back of the cave. The femme fatales face glowed in the light of the flames and she looked almost demonic with the smirk across her features. His fur caught the flickering light, making his figure gleam and the water droplets appeared to be fiery pearls on his pelt. “Seems I can’t escape the presence of other kalaks, but tell me what brought you to Blossom Forest and away from everyone else.” Horizon’s voice dropped into a low growl as he spat out the last words. He was not in the mood to be faced with a stuck-up, spoiled rotten royal kalak.
