Yes. If a gypsy group wishes to stay in a pack for awhile, logically, they could, they would just need the Alphas permission to be on that land- they could not all just show up and stay there, they would need permission but otherwise thats fine. No worries at all :)

Also just as a note to remember that as they are loners and have no pack, a gypsy group cannot have a defined leader or any sort of ranking system or order to them, just something to keep in mind, totally fine for them to just be a group of traveling friends but they cannot have a real specified leader or anything.
