He knew he had to get back to work soon. But the feeling of your soul fading left one a bit empty. He was gaining back his purpose though, his drive and the will to compete with his sister. He would be an assassin, he would be better than her and he knew he didn’t have to be in Diveen under the constant shadows of his family to do it. Things were different in Iromar though, he wasn’t sure how pleased Aithne would be that he was taking to practicing on his own rather than with Avery or another wolf. He was sort of a loner in that regard, he guess set in his ways from his childhood, but he was trying to get better. After all the angels were not what they were because the worked alone… but then again the assassins were.

How was he to know that someone who was related to a wolf his grandfather had actually killed was close by? He had of course heart the tales of his assassination of the Queen Apollymi as asked by her own kin Jaidah. The story was something that proved some of his great poweress, and perhaps it was. After all a wolf slipping into a pack only to kill the very queen certainly had to have some skill. That was neither here nor there. Ark didn’t know any wolves that were from Jaidah other than the fabled Tobias of course. He knew he had cousins born of the dark wolf but that was all he knew really about the demon. Other wolves of that line he figured were around just simply not as murderous as their uncle, brother or other relative. How wrong he was there. However the white brute did feel the creeping feeling of eyes upon his back that someone was watching him.

His fur stood on end for a moment, and the mostly white, and embered brute shook his pelt to get it lying flat once more, he couldn’t look too much a mess afterall, before letting his sharp icy blue eyes wander the area soon spotting the two bright pink ones staring at him from a short distance away. He had never seen the wolf before, not around Iromar at least, but then Again Arkane had been rather recluse since Namira had vanished in general.

”Greetings.” His voice was smooth and similar to his father’s simply higher pitched, something else he wasn’t graced with to be quite as manly as even some of his sisters in his bloodline. It hardly mattered though, he had the grace and speed and he looked good, just not manly there was nothing wrong with that. Seems the other brute was cursed otherwise too. Funny how their genes liked to play games with them every now and then.
