Both James Waters and Charles Ruffin told me recently that the City of Virginia Beach bought the entire old Captain George's complex on Old Pungo Ferry Road. The Virginia Beach Real Estate Office confirmed this info this morning. Although its actual usage has not been published, I was told that in all likelihood this will mean a new Marina on the North Landing River. When? Nobody knows yet.
