Fir Chilis is the name given to the dense string of forested land that fills much of Blossom Forest. There are two different populations, depending on where in the land you are. To the north lays the deciduous forest, full of maples, oaks, birches, and beeches. To the south lay a coniferous forest full of pines and firs. No matter where you are, the trees shelter you from the sun and the rain and the snow. Take care not to get lost in the woods however - you may never find your way out. There are other dangerous here too - predators waiting for their own prey. While the land is prosperous they do not pose too much of a threat, but whenever famine or drought hits, they will attack anything... even other Putnar.

Those looking to hunt will find the forests well stocked - there are white-tailed deer, turkeys, red squirrels, chipmunks, mermots, and moose.

I Want a Flood; I Want an Ocean, to Wash my Confusion Clean

The brute was not used to having actual conversations, and for this long either. The few wolves that he had run into in Abendrot had been either silent, or given the briefest of greetings, not the type to actually converse. He knew that they were a different type, but it seemed to him that they just didnít care about anyone else. He knew that that was not true, but it still felt like that sometimes. Aimery knew that he didnít belong there, but he had nowhere else to go and nothing else to make him want to go somewhere else. The brute was smiling more around this femme than he ever remembered, smiling was not a common occurrence for the wolves of Abendrot When Aimery asked the female her intentions about coming up to the mountain, he was too naÔve to realize that it could be a hard question, one that would cause her emotional distress. He heard the shake in her voice as she answered before turning her head away. "I-I don't have any family here, they're all dead. They got killed by hunters, I got my leg cut off by a hunters trap, I..." A whine escaped his throat at the words, guilt washing over him for making her remember a hard memory. He wanted to reach out and touch her, but she turned her head away from him, so instead he shuffled a little closer to her and lifted his plume, caressing the side of her pelt to show he was there to help her and protect her.

The snow colored brute didnít know what was coming over him. He had never been the touchy type of wolf, but all he wanted to do was to make her feel better, to lay with her and touch her to protect her and make it so the bad memories couldnít hurt her anymore. The femme surprised him with her next question, "I live in Bright Moon now, would you like to come back with me?" His had cocked to the side, considering her words. Even though they had just met, he recognized the feelings in his abdomen, the longing to be by her side, the rush of endorphins, and he knew that she was something that he would be willing to leave Abendrot for. With a warm smile to the pretty ess he answered. ĒI would like that very much, as long as I could stay with you.Ē He was not sure if it was too soon to say something like that, but then again she had quickly asked him to come back to her home with him, so it had to be okay right? She mimicked his words, and then knew that his instincts were right. He felt the warm caress of her tongue along his neck, and a shiver went down his spine. He inched even closer to her, so they were side by side, flesh to flesh. His neck wrapped around hers, and his plume went around her flank, embracing another being for the first time in his life.
