Ruieze Fields

Open fields and soft grass...
Ruieze stretches far in the midlands of Moladion, laced with streams that feed into Diveen and out of Asteraia at times. The fields are vast, filled with wildflowers and tall, soft grass; trees are sparse, as are rocks, but one can find small shrubs to hide amongst, and the grass itself. To the south of the fields, a Ruieze River widens, and the ground becomes sandy. There is a small, grassy island that can be reached from the banks, with water-birds often congregating on the island rather than the riverbanks.

So, it appeared as if she had new siblings. She wasn't entirely sure how to feel about it. After all, she had been at a comfortable distance to her parents her entire life and yet, suddenly it felt as if that distance had expanded exponentially. They had new children to worry about and she had to wonder if that meant that she and her brother, Galileo, would be put on the back burner of their minds. At least, she supposed, neither of them relied on their parents for food or shelter anymore but still... she could not help but wonder. In any case, it had made her reconsider her place in Spirane. Perhaps her brother would do best with some additional company of the family variety. Asteraia had been a rather pleasant territory, after all. Pandora simply did not know much in relation to their leadership at that point. It had changed some time ago and she had neglected to look much more into it.

Nonetheless, she had briefly checked in on her mother but had soon left after. There had been four new siblings; two brothers, it seemed, and two sisters. It was peculiar that it allowed for there to be a perfect split of genders in the family. A total of three daughters and three sons. Even she could not help but find that rather peculiar and she wondered if that was a typical thing or not. After the fact, though, she had scrambled down the mountainside and towards the free lands, desiring some peace of mind before she began to make the more important decisions. Where would she make her home? Was Spirane still the right place? Or should she attempt to, metaphorically, spread her wings elsewhere? She hadn't asked for Galileo's opinion yet. Perhaps she ought to start there.

Her roaming, it seemed, had brought her to the fields. The sun cast a refreshing warmth across the tall grass that lured her in; it illuminated the gold and silver of her hair like fall leaves as she ambled through the vastness of it all. In the distance, there seemed to be... some kind of commotion. Far off voices. The distant sounds of paws. If she had been deep in thought then it did not last long with the sudden distraction; her ears swiveled forward and she fast found herself bee-lining towards the others.

From the tall grass, a rather large stone jutted out. She took her place atop it, still quite a distance from the others, and yet she could see the small congregation of wolves as they played and watched one another. She took the most passive position - an idle watcher, on standby to the world as she absorbed what she could of the situation. She had to be honest and admit that she did not understand it all and yet, she was... curious, she supposed. As a child, she had never played as her brother did. She had spent much of her time with her father, engaged in their more philosophical conversations and experiments and so... this was strange. Still, she wondered how long she could ignore the urge to get closer.
