Well Joe, we fish the pads and sticks with small jigs and maggots of some kind. Pumpkin and red colored jigs do well in the fall. You get some nice perch on occasion and usually tons of blue gills. Some very nice size, 7-9 inch. Boat docks as well. We don't do much with minnows in the fall except at night and have caught some giants at night. You occasionally hit a saugeye at night as well.
