Name: Doctor
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Eye color: Tardis blue

Appearance: Doctor is a relatively average wolf, he is roughly 34” in height and weighs 120 lbs. on a good month; sometimes his weight changes depending on where he’s living. He is silver in color with the fur around his muzzle and eyes turning a bit white from age, he also has a splotchy black bowtie marking at his neck.

Imprintability: No
OOC: Nova

Sample: He had seen so much and yet, there was so much more he had not. The decision to leave his pack would become the catalyst to his life on the run and it would forever haunt him. But that was now in the past and he did not believe in dwelling on things that one cannot fix, it was moving forward that interested him. Always moving, creating, accepting new challenges. Doctor felt more alive now than he ever had back home, if he even considered his old pack home anymore. There were so many nightmares he had tried to leave behind, but they followed him, hot on his heels so he had to run all the harder to keep away. Never settling in one place for too long, never making attachments that he could not break, it was all so that he could run and never look back.

Doctor was getting old now though and it was beginning to show in his eyes, in that subtle limp in his left hind leg from that time he had tried to rescue a pup from a flood; that had been a day he would actually try to remember. In every place he visited he tried doing good and helping those around him, he especially enjoyed telling stories to pups who were eager to know everything about the mysterious traveller in their midst. Of course Doctor wasn’t his true name, it was just the name he had adopted on his adventures so that no one could trace him back to where he had came from; it was so far away now and such a long time ago that he doubted anyone would remember that place anyway.

But he had been roaming every inch of the world since he was a young wolf, he had encountered many strange and wondrous things. In a sense, abandoning his own pack had been the best thing he had ever done, even if there were times when he felt very sad about it. Regardless, he continues on and he’s just come helping a pack of wolves who had a problem with rather large toads sleeping in their cave. It had taken several weeks to negotiate a treaty between the wolves and the toads, luckily he was an expert in the language of toads and could communicate. Now he was back on the run again, keep an eye out for anyone who might need his help or at least looked interesting enough to have a conversation with. Doctor had just came from the mountains, he was tired of rocks and caves and mist that covered everything in a blanket. He wanted some open space where he could run a bit, stretch his aching legs, where there was sunlight and the smell of water trickling along.

He was used to moving though, ebbing and flowing along. He would trot along until he found the place he was looking for and then he would have a nice rest to gather his thoughts before heading out to some other far away destination. It made him happy and that was all that mattered, that he felt a sense of purpose in his life that pushed him to continue on this dusty path. Doctor was usually in a good mood, he was usually happy to be alive, but he knew there could be times when nothing really made him feel okay; those were the times when he needed a new place most of all to distract him. Those were the times when the nightmares from his past were nipping at his heels and he needed to find someplace to hide from them until they lost his trail.

He thinks that he must be getting close to where he wanted to be, the trees were thinning and the ground was less hard. Sunlight was just ahead in bright pools and he could smell water, even if it was still somewhat faint. Doctor smiles to himself and picks up the pace, his tail wagging a bit as he begins to hum some old lullaby that his mother used to sing to him when he was a pup; she was the only thing he liked to think about that came from the past. His mother had taught him to be kind and to help others, she had made him capable of going on his lifelong journey in the first place. He could only feel love for her and a deep respect, she had been so much like him, her memory often the very thing that gave him strength when he did not feel like he could keep going.
