When travelling I usually use an Internet cafe to access the Times site and print out the crossword, with two copies of the grid one for work , one to send.
If you are worried about delays when posting an entry from overseas, it is worth noting that for the purposes of the statistics, JEG will accept entries postmarked before the closing date, regardless of arrival date, especially if you alert him in advance with a note enclosed with a previous entry.
I also know from a conversation with him earlier this year, that photographed entries are often harder to check, especially if they contain highlighting.. So he would probably prefer you to mail it from overseas, with an interesting stamp for his charity collection Replies:
