Her chocolatey gaze was half closed as she was panting pleasantly under her trees. For the most part the world around her was quiet, now that she had stopped bounding about, and she listened to the rain fall. Song of drops of water hitting the trees and the ground brought a strange and rare calm to the girl. She enjoyed the peace it brought her after her hard day of play.
The pleasant peace of the day was not completely broken by another wolf approaching her. It was a different kind of excitement and happiness. Namira’s question struck her as a little odd and the young lady laughed. How could she possibly be lost when she belonged to nowhere, had ties to no one, and had no place she needed to be. “Of course I am not lost!” She chuckled, bounding to her paws and jumping around the woman. Her games and her fun had brought her to where she was, and her life had created her to be the playful creature she was. No one she met was not a friend and there was nothing that could keep her mind tethered to this world. Her tail wagged happily as she looked over the other wolf and she continued to pant.
“You can’t be lost when the world seems to have brought you somewhere!” With one pump of her legs she jumped away from the other and rolled into another muddy puddle, covering herself in a fresh layer of grime. “And fate brought me here! Be it by fairies or some other magic, here I am.” Sobering ever slightly she padded over to Namira and sat in front of her. Clearly, she was sane and intelligent underneath the carefree spirit and caked on dirt. “I am Taika. What brings you to the woods on this beautiful rainy day?”
